What is the spirit of your cellar in one sentence?
La Prohibition is a cellar for (very good) food and (very good) drink; a unique place for sharing and memories; an authentic space brimming with humanity as natural as its alcohol.
What do you enjoy most about your work today?
To open the doors to the world of natural spirits to our customers, to share our passion for products that are healthy for them and the planet and to allow our customers to discover in turn the vintages that have excited us.
What is your last very good memory of tasting?
Hard to choose, there are so many… La Ferme des 7 Lunes, a Saint Joseph estate that works completely in the wild and is not afraid to make mistakes when it tries methods considered crazy and out of place for the appellation (amphorae, oxidative).
